Hi, I’m Demi, the owner of Wax Life Studios in North Richland Hills, TX. With over six years in the beauty industry, I created Wax Life Studios with one goal in mind: to create a space where women feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their skin. I know that services like Brazilian waxing, brows, and lash lifts can feel vulnerable, especially if it’s your first time. That’s why I believe every appointment should be more than just a service. It should be an experience where you feel heard, educated, and completely free from judgment. At Wax Life Studios, you’re never just another appointment. You’re a woman who deserves personalized care, honest education, and a space where you feel completely comfortable being yourself. My approach is simple: personalized care, thorough education, and results that help simplify your routine and help you feel like the best version of yourself. I’m passionate about helping women understand their skin, normalize concerns that so many of us silently deal with, and create treatment plans that truly fit their lifestyle. Whether you’re struggling with ingrown hairs, hyperpigmentation, self-consciousness around certain areas, or simply want to feel a little more put together, my goal is for you to leave knowing you’re not alone and feeling more confident than when you walked in. Outside of the treatment room, I’m a mom, a business owner, and someone who truly believes that self-care isn’t about perfection it’s about taking care of yourself and feeling good in your own skin. I feel incredibly honored every time a client trusts me to be part of their self-care journey. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Appointment Policy Thank you for respecting my time and business. Please review the following appointment policies before booking. Cancellations & Reschedules • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the reserved service total. • Changes made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee. Deposits • Select services require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment. • Deposits may be transferred one time only when an appointment is rescheduled outside of the 24-hour cancellation window. • Deposits are not transferable for cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment and will be forfeited. • If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. No-Shows • Clients who fails to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • Any deposit paid will be forfeited. Late Arrivals • A 7-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. • Clients must be checked in and ready for their service within 7 minutes of their scheduled appointment time. • Arrivals more than 7 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or have services modified to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. • If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, the 50% cancellation fee will apply, and any applicable deposit will be forfeited. Payment Policy • A valid card is required to secure your appointment. • If the card on file cannot be successfully charged for any applicable cancellation or no-show fee, future appointments will require full prepayment at the time of booking.
